Technology Transfer
The UOC-BSA Chair promotes Tech Transfer with the following objectives:
- Boosting activities aimed at promoting the use of ICT and data analytics in the health sector.
- Enhancing collaborative actions for exploitation and transfer of results obtained within the Chair.
Training
Within the framework of the UOC, we offer training in two areas:
- Doctoral programme (PhD).
- Training for healthcare and health management professionals.
Research & Innovation
Our R&I model aims to promote:
- Cooperation on research and development projects.
- The strengthening of research and knowledge base, opening up possibilities of enhancing future cooperation.
- Collaboration for further development of research activities.
- The recruitment of industrial PhD and Master students.
Knowledge Dissemination
The dissemination strategy within the Chair aims for:
- Raising stakeholders’ awareness regarding our activities.
- Promoting training and research in the areas of health, big data and analytics.
- Allowing the exchange of technical personnel, researchers and experts.
